•April-November  $150-199/night
•December-March  $179-210/night
•4 night minimum
•Cleaning fee: $90/stay (waived on stays of 5 days or more)
•Unit will be clean upon your arrival and a supply of linens will be provided for your stay. It will be cleaned upon your departure. Additional maid service is available at additional charge.
•All rentals are subject to a 13.25% Hawaii Accommodation Tax

Policies:
•We request a deposit of $200 at the time of booking. (credit card or check)
•Balance is due by check 30 days(60 days during peak dates) before your arrival date.
•Cancellations made before 60 days of your arrival date:  Refund less $200 cancellation fee. 
•Cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival date:  Refund for each day you cancelled that we can successfully re-rent.

•Our minimum stay is 3 days / maximum occupancy is 2 people.
•NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY
•Check in time 3:00 pm. Check out 11 am

•Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received.
