Condo was
great! Everything went off without a hitch. Best location! 80 degrees everyday Oceanfront view with palm trees. Resort was
also wonderful pool, hot tub, new BBQS all overlooking ocean. Probably should not write to keep it more of a secret!!

We
absolutely loved our 5-night stay in this condo. As soon as we opened the door, we felt like we were on vacation. Major perks:
the view, ocean breezes and the lull of the waves. You really can't get close to this in a resort hotel for this price, and
we were thrilled with the Mahana. There's even a lit pathway over the sand leading to nearby resorts and beaches. Thoughtful
items provided--all the dishware we needed, cleaning supplies, and even beach-gear. I would recommend this condo to anyone
looking for that Hawaii feeling.

I was looking for something special in Maui to treat
my wife and this condo did not disappoint. It was fantastic. All my wife could say after opening the door was wow, wow, wow…
That view is superb. It was very comfortable and made our stay perfect. Three rainbows over the water and one turtle swimming
by during our stay put the icing on the cake. We couldn’t fault the accommodation. Jim & Patti's instructions were
easy to follow, check in was easy. The resort itself was great, not too big to be full of people and impersonal, not too small
to have no facilities, just right to have a private intimate feel. We were there for a family wedding and some others stayed
at the Westin (need GPS to find your way around), Kaanapali Shores, nice but not as good a view, and various others. We would
recommend Jim & Patti's studio to anyone going to Maui. Thanks.

Jim and Patti - The Mahana complex, and your unit have
been awesome! Everyone talks about the Mahana view, but until you are actually in your condo it really can not be be
explained. Everything is so nice, and the furnishings are lovely for a rental. Thank you for everything.

I can't recommend this unit highly
enough - the photos do not do the view justice. We were there the second week of June 2010 and had a wonderful time. When
you're on the balcony, you literally see nothing but ocean; we spent many utterly relaxing hours enjoying the breeze, the
sunset, the stars. Perfect. The unit is small, but it is updated and has everything you need, and is ~absolutely spotless~.
The bath was recently redone and is beautifully functional. Water pressure in the shower is great (and just the thing after
a sandy salty day in the ocean). There are plenty of fluffy white towels (and great beach towels too), all the basics (soap,
tp, etc.) and good closet space to keep the living area clutter-free. The kitchen has everything you need - dishsoap, dishwasher
detergent and trashbags, too, so no need to buy that kind of stuff. The stackable washer and dryer work great, so next time
we'll pack even lighter. There is a new flatscreen tv, new patio furniture, dvd player and cd player (with aux inputs for
your ipod). The La Mahana property was developed in the late 70s, early 80s, but has been completely updated - everything
was super clean, the gas grills on site looked new and there were plenty to go around. The pool and hot tub were well maintained,
and the staff was friendly and helpful. The unit owners, Jim and Patti, have the rental process down to a science - everything
went like clockwork. Their check-in instructions were perfect, their emails were prompt and helpful, and gave us everything
we needed to know. When you go, don't miss Duke's restaurant just the next resort over - we had breakfast and dinner there,
and had great food and great service both times. There's nothing between you and the view, and it's a more serene alternative
to the restaurants along Front St. in Lahaina (though if you go into town, you've got to go to Mala Ocean Tavern at the north
end of Front St. for the freshest fish and great atmosphere). And if you want to spend time on the water, avoid the booze
cruises and faux-eco tours - charter the Scotch Mist II for the most amazing experience. We can't wait to go back! Thanks,
